- Do you place items on back order?
No. All items are not placed on back order. We try to avoid listing items that are out of stock. Our customer service team will contract to you if your desired items have sold out. Also, we will arrange a refund for you.
- Is there anyplace where I can go and review the product before purchasing?
Unfortunately. No, our products are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse directly. We are not able to allow customers going to our warehouse.
- What is the difference between the billing address and the Shipping address?
The billing address should be the same address you provided to your bank when you applied for your credit/debit card
The Shipping address is the one you want us to ship the order to.
- How do I use my coupons?
During the checkout process, go to your shopping cart. Enter your full coupon code before final payment. One coupon code can be used for per order
- How do I place my order?
Simply select an item with size, color and quantity, when you view an item. Then click “Add to Cart”. As long as you going into your cart page, click “PROCEED” to “CHECKOUT” bottom. You will then be prompted to either sign in to your account or to create a new account. Next, you will be required to fill your shipping address, personal detail, payment method and shipping method. Finally, a confirmation email will be sent to your email.

- May I change/cancel the order I just placed?
It is only possible to make a change to your order after 1 hour of placing. If the order has not been processed. Please contract our customer service (link) immediately, if you need any helps.
